Melinda is a secondary school teacher and also dancer and performer. She has been a valuable member of the team using her pedagogical experience to enhance the flow and structure of the training programmes to create a sharper impact for the participants and a smoother delivery for the trainers.

She has also used her classroom knowledge and experience of performance to facilitate the training programmes working with clients in the FMCG, consultancy and finance sector.  Alongside her teaching and training work she is a member of a Folk Dance Company and holds a political post as a member of the Minority Slovakian Assembly in Hungary.
