This allows you to work at your own pace through interactive video tutorials and have your learning reinforced with two individual online coaching sessions with the tutor. Individual needs. Unique approach to presenting and unique situations in which to present.

Interaction is at the core of our Engage programme. In nearly every video you are asked to interact and contribute in the moment. Making it easier for you to practise as there is no time for deliberation. The coaching sessions are pre-scheduled at the beginning of the training, so you are working toward a time goal.
- The training is exciting and experiential, so fosters a desire to both practise what you have learnt and progress on to the next tutorial.
- The gap between the two coaching sessions allows for personally tailored coaching, preparing you for your bespoke presentation situations.
- You can take your own time to understand the more complex areas of presenting such as how to structure and shape your material for maximum audience engagement. Try out different storytelling techniques to see which ones give you the best options.
- Feel safe sharing challenges you face and get personally targeted feedback and techniques that will work for you to create the impact you want to create when presenting.

Prepare for your first 1:1 session with your tutor!
You will have the opportunity to check with your tutor that you have the right flow of ideas, and that you are leveraging the different elements of the presentation in the best possible way.

How to create the right delivery?
How to leverage your behaviour to engage your audience and create the right delivery and impact.

week 5
In this session you will have the chance to practise and further develop your personal style and impact and receive feedback and coaching from your tutor.
Work on and understand the method for preparing a presentation.
