Personal Communication Coaching

Change behaviour. Shape narrative. Embed impact.

A focused, personalised journey to help you communicate with intention in real situations.

Personal Communication Coaching is a one-to-one development journey that builds on the core principles of Differentiating, Influencing, and Presenting — and takes them deeper.

Because the focus is on one person, the work goes beyond understanding tools. It concentrates on recognising default patterns, replacing them with conscious choices, and embedding new behaviours so change is visible, repeatable, and sustainable.

What changes through the coaching

Clients develop the ability to:

  • Communicate with greater clarity and confidence in high-stakes situations
  • Lead conversations through narrative rather than reaction
  • Adapt behaviour to build trust, psychological safety, and authority
  • Influence others to take ownership, contribute ideas, and move initiatives forward
  • Let go of outdated roles and step into a more intentional, effective one

The work supports both performance and identity — how you show up, and who you are becoming in your role.

How the coaching works

The coaching integrates three closely connected elements, applied directly to real situations:

01 Behavioural awareness & physical anchors

Lasting change happens through behaviour, not intention alone.

Clients learn to:

  • recognise their default communication patterns
  • understand how these patterns affect others
  • consciously replace them with new behaviours

Physical anchors — posture, breath, stance, gesture — are used to make change tangible and repeatable. These anchors help clients step out of old roles and inhabit new ones with clarity and confidence.

02 Narrative & thinking structure

Clients are introduced to simple narrative techniques that help them:

  • shape ideas quickly
  • set context and direction
  • lead thinking rather than respond to it

Narrative becomes a practical tool for meetings, presentations, and conversations — especially under pressure.

03 Application, feedback & adaptation

The coaching follows a clear loop:

  • prepare for real upcoming situations
  • apply the tools in practice
  • review what worked and what didn’t
  • refine and embed the learning

This ensures the work stays grounded in reality and creates measurable impact.
