Role Play & Scenario Labs
Practise under pressure — so you can choose how you respond
A safe, demanding rehearsal space for high-stakes communication.
Role Play & Scenario Labs provide a structured, realistic environment where professionals can rehearse critical conversations, presentations, and interactions before they happen for real.
Using trained actors and theatre-based coaches, participants practise in situations that feel real enough to create pressure — but safe enough to experiment, adapt, and try again.
This is where insight becomes behavioural control.
What changes after the training
Participants learn how to:
- Stay present and intentional under pressure
- Recognise default behavioural patterns as they appear
- Interrupt habits that undermine impact
- Replace them with conscious, repeatable choices
- Apply tools from influencing, presenting, and storytelling in real time
- Enter real situations with greater confidence and readiness
The work is not about “doing well once” — it’s about being able to turn skills on when it matters.
How the labs work
The approach draws heavily on theatre and sports coaching principles: practise, adjust, repeat.
01 Realistic scenarios with trained actors
Actors play:
- challenging personalities
- high-stakes objectives
- difficult dynamics
- emotionally charged situations
Because the interaction is live, behavioural patterns emerge naturally — allowing real learning to take place.
02 Immediate feedback & second attempts
Unlike real life, participants are given something rare:
a second attempt.
After each run:
- the interaction is analysed
- behavioural choices are explored
- alternative approaches are tested
Participants immediately re-enter the scenario and apply what they’ve learned.
03 Behavioural awareness & replacement
The focus is on:
- noticing what happens in the body under pressure
- understanding how behaviour drives thinking and response
- consciously replacing old patterns with new physical and verbal choices
Over time, these choices become reliable and accessible.
Where this is most effective
Role Play & Scenario Labs are ideal for:
Difficult conversations
Influencing and negotiation scenarios
High-pressure meetings
Presentations with resistance or challenge
Leadership and stakeholder interactions
Preparing for situations where failure is costly
The labs can be run one-to-one or in small groups, depending on the context.
Confidence doesn’t come from knowing what to do
it comes from having practised doing it.
Format & timing
Highly flexible, depending on need:
online
2-hour online role-play sessions
In PERSon
Half-day or full-day in-person labs
online
Integrated into broader training or delivered as standalone interventions
The format is designed around real situations and real urgency.
